Torres 30 Year Old Jaime I Brandy originates from Spain, within the North region in the subregion of Penedes in Catalonia. The historic house of Torres established its distilling lineage in 1928, crafting premium spirits that pay tribute to the founder of the house, Don Jaime Torres Vendrell. Today, the multi generational family enterprise maintains its esteemed global standing, blending exceptionally old reserves using the traditional solera method to produce this flagship expression.
Spirit Description
This ultra premium brandy displays a fine dark mahogany appearance with deep amber glows in the glass. The complex, majestic sensory profile opens with an expressive nose rich in caramel, toffee, toasted hazelnut, and vanilla, beautifully balanced by undertones of plum, cedar, and sandalwood. On the palate, the body is luxuriously smooth, velvety, and powerful, delivering an opulent combination of dark chocolate, walnut, dried figs, and juicy grape sweetness. The finish is remarkably long, warm, and structured, leaving a dry, dignified trail of oak spice, vanilla, and lingering caramel warmth. This spirit is bottled at an alcohol by volume ranging between 38% and 40% depending on the market distribution.
