Bringing together the best of two already perfect worlds - that of the taco and the Manhattan cocktail - this is the mashup we never knew we needed. Smoky Sfumato Amaro takes the place of vermouth here, lending earthiness, a smack of tart rhubarb, and of course big smoke to the foundation of Plantation's modern classic Stiggin's Fancy Pineapple Rum, with layers of clove, spices, and of course juicy pineapple. Bittercube's orange bitters tie it all together along with a grapefruit twist garnish. Move over, Manhattan - it's taco Tuesday.
Kit includes Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum (750 ml), Sfumato Rabarbaro Amaro (750 ml), and Bittercube Orange Bitters (150ml)
