Parachute Naturalz Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is a cold-pressed, unrefined, USDA-certified virgin coconut oil supplied in two 16 fl. oz. glass jars for cooking, hair and skin care, and general household use.
Made from organically grown coconuts and extracted without heat or chemical refining, this Naturalz oil preserves the mild coconut aroma, natural fatty acids and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Packaged in amber glass to protect quality and supplied as a two-jar set, the product is designed for cooks, personal-care routines and everyday household uses where a clean-label coconut oil is preferred.
How does this coconut oil perform in everyday cooking?
As an unrefined, cold-pressed oil, it gives a light coconut fragrance and a high smoke point suitable for many stovetop recipes and baking. The MCT content supports quick energy release when used in moderation in meals or drinks.
- Ideal for sautéing, light frying and baking at moderate temperatures.
- Neutral-to-mild coconut aroma that complements tropical and savory dishes.
- Sold as two 16 fl. oz. glass jars for convenient kitchen storage and refill cycles.
- Non-hydrogenated and unbleached—keeps ingredient lists simple.
Can I use Parachute Naturalz for hair and skin care?
This virgin coconut oil can be used topically to hydrate dry skin, smooth frizz and condition hair. It is unrefined and free from synthetic processing, making it suitable for daily grooming routines and DIY care recipes.
- Apply as a lightweight moisturizer for hands, elbows and heels.
- Use as a pre-shampoo hair mask or to tame flyaways post-style.
- Glass packaging protects quality and avoids plastic-contact odors.
- Pack of two jars ensures one stays stocked while the other is in use.
What distinguishes cold-pressed and unrefined coconut oil from refined versions?
Cold-pressing extracts oil without heat, which helps retain aroma, flavor and naturally occurring compounds. Unrefined, unbleached oil avoids chemical treatments, so you get a product closer to the raw coconut's original profile.
- Cold-pressed: extraction at low temperatures to preserve natural properties.
- Unrefined/unbleached: no bleaching, deodorizing or chemical solvents used.
- Non-hydrogenated: no trans fats introduced through hydrogenation.
- USDA certified organic: verifies agricultural and production standards.
How should I store and measure this oil for best shelf life?
Keep the jars in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight; glass jars help limit light exposure and preserve flavor. At room temperature in typical climates, virgin coconut oil remains solid or semi-solid and can be spooned or scooped as needed.
- Store away from heat sources; refrigeration is optional but not required.
- Scoop or gently warm jar in a warm water bath for a pourable consistency.
- Labelled 16 fl. oz. jars make portioning simple for recipes and routines.
- Two-jar pack keeps a backup jar on hand for frequent users.
Who is this for: Parachute Naturalz Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is suited to home cooks who prefer minimally processed ingredients, people building clean skin and hair care routines, and households seeking a versatile pantry oil in protective glass packaging. The two 16 fl. oz. jars are convenient for busy kitchens, shared bathrooms, or anyone who wants a ready supply of cold-pressed, USDA-certified organic coconut oil without hydrogenation or chemical refining.
