Esser wines are produced from the cool Central Coast Region of California and crafted from sustainably farmed vineyards. These wines express the fruit, the climate, the terroir and water into a poetic expression of flavors long sought by wine connoisseurs from around the globe.
Esser Vineyards' Cabernet Sauvignon emits deep aromas of black cherry, plum, dark chocolate and oak. Mouth filling flavors of dark fruits, cocoa and vanilla are balanced with tannins and a lingering finish of sweet fruit and subtle spices.
86 Points - Wine Enthusiast Gamy aromas meet with dark berry on the slightly sour nose of this bottling. Tangy black fruits and dark strawberry show on the sip, where the gamy, dried meat flavors also show.
