"The 3rd of 5 birthday beers has arrived, and this hazy is no middle child.
Brewed with the classic hazy hops, Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, the DIPA is ultra-juicy with all the yummy tropical and citrusy aromas. The fruit medley flavour hits upfront, with prominent notes of mango, papaya, and pineapple, while citrus flavours of grapefruit and tangerine complement the tropical fruitiness. The hop bitterness is moderate, allowing the hop flavours to shine. There is a slight dankness and resinous quality that lingers on the palate, balancing the fruity sweetness. A perfect birthday gift wrapped up in a pint glass."
