Origins & Craftsmanship
-
Distillery & Heritage: Produced by Manulele Distillers on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, this rum reflects a thoughtful farm-to-bottle ethos centered on preserving and celebrating native sugarcane varieties.
-
Kea Varietal: A flagship offering from Kōhana, this unaged agricole-style rum is made from heirloom cane varietals—capturing the essence of the cane field and embodying Hawaiian roots.
-
Distillation Process: Cane is hand-harvested and fermented with a proprietary yeast, then distilled using a custom copper/stainless hybrid still—emphasizing purity without added sugar or blending.
