Le Temps des Cerises La Peur du Rouge is a natural white wine from winemaker Axel Prüfer in the Languedoc region of France. Known for his low-intervention approach, Prüfer crafts this wine using Chardonnay and Clairette grapes, grown organically in vineyards rich in limestone. This soil contributes to the wine's pronounced minerality. Vibranth flavors, with notes of citrus zest, green apple, and a salinity that adds to its refreshing, clean finish. Despite being named "La Peur du Rouge" (The Fear of Red), this white wine offers great complexity and balance, making it ideal for pairing with light dishes such as seafood and poultry or as an aperitif.
