The current vintage of this beautiful wine is the first which uses the wild yeast present on the grapes at the time of harvest. Then, it is wild yeast present on the grapes at the time of harvest. Then, it is aged on lees for further palate weight and complexity. The notable omission of oaking in this wine creates an elegant Chardonnay with delightful, fresh, and fruity characteristics. Lime-straw in colour. Bright citrus aromas with elegant oatmeal whiffs, flinty and attractively lean on the palate ending with a refreshingly crisp finish.
