Joffrey's Coffee Disney Belle Storybook Brew is a medium-roast flavored Arabica ground coffee blending cream and hazelnut notes for a smooth, storybook-inspired cup.
Crafted by Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company in collaboration with Disney chefs, this 11-ounce bag from the Disney Specialty Collection recreates a whimsical café experience at home. The roast is designed to offer balance and approachable flavor—an artisan medium roast that highlights flavored accents without overpowering the bean’s natural character. Beans are responsibly sourced, roasted to order, and ground for convenient brewing in drip machines, pour-over cones, or French press.
What flavor profile can I expect from Belle Storybook Brew?
This roast features a gentle, flavored profile built on medium-roasted Arabica beans. Expect smooth creaminess up front and a warm hazelnut finish that lingers without becoming cloying. It’s meant to pair well with milk or enjoyed black for a subtle flavored cup.
- Creamy top notes that add a mellow sweetness
- Hazelnut undertones for a toasty, nutty finish
- Medium body—balanced, not heavy or oily
- Flavored but not overly sugary or artificial
How should I brew this ground coffee for best results?
The product is pre-ground for convenience and performs well across common methods. Use clean equipment, fresh water, and adjust grind-to-water ratios to match your brew style for optimal extraction. Short adjustments can emphasize either the flavored notes or the natural bean character.
- Drip coffee maker: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water
- Pour-over: medium grind, steady pour to highlight clarity
- French press: slightly coarser, 4-minute steep for fuller body
- Reheat gently—avoid boiling to preserve flavor nuances
Is this coffee ethically sourced and how is it roasted?
Joffrey’s emphasizes responsible sourcing and fair treatment of farm workers in regions where the beans are grown. The company roasts to order in-house, which helps deliver fresher flavor by minimizing time between roast and shipment. Partnerships and quality control practices are used to maintain consistent specialty-grade standards.
- Responsible sourcing practices prioritized from seed to cup
- In-house artisan roasting—roasted to order for freshness
- Quality checks and relationships with growers to ensure consistency
- Packaged as ground coffee for easy home brewing
How does this Disney Specialty Collection coffee differ from regular blends?
The Disney Specialty Collection blends are developed in collaboration with Disney talent to capture a themed experience rather than a generic roast profile. Each blend is intended to evoke a specific character or story element while maintaining specialty-grade bean quality and roasting standards.
- Exclusive recipes co-created with Disney chefs and Joffrey’s Roastmaster
- Themed flavoring that complements—not masks—Arabica beans
- Available outside Disney parks to recreate the resort experience at home
- Packaged in collectible, single-origin-style bags suitable for gifting
