How do I brew this ground flavored coffee for best results?
The grounds are prepared for drip machines but are also suitable for French press and cold brew. Use clean, filtered water and adjust grind size or steep time if you switch methods to keep the flavored notes bright without over‑extracting bitter tones.
- Drip brewer: standard medium grind, 6–8 minutes from bloom to finish
- French press: coarse grind, steep 4 minutes then plunge
- Cold brew: coarse grind, steep 12–18 hours for smooth sweetness
- Ratio suggestion: 1–2 tbsp coffee per 6 oz water depending on desired strength
What makes Door County’s roasting process different?
