This unique, bottled in bond whiskey, with its roots tracing back to 1888 and a revival in 1934, has been elevated under the guidance of distilling expert Jim Rutledge. Cream of Kentucky, known for its limited availability, offers a distinctive six-year, 100-proof straight rye whiskey experience. Carefully selected by Jim Rutledge, it features a complex aroma profile, including spearmint, cinnamon, brown sugar, black pepper, floral fruitiness, and a hint of pipe tobacco. The tasting experience is rounded off with a mellow and medium-long finish, highlighting notes of black pepper, cayenne, and a subtle touch of raisin.
