Zuidam Cassis Liqueur is a premium blackcurrant liqueur handcrafted in the Netherlands by Zuidam Distillers. Made with only the finest blackcurrants, this liqueur is a celebration of natural flavor and traditional distillation methods.
The ripe blackcurrants are gently crushed and soaked in pure grain spirit for over a month to extract their full, fruity essence. After infusion, the blend is carefully pressed using a traditional wooden press, resulting in a deep red liqueur with an authentic, rich blackcurrant profile. Zuidam ensures no artificial colors, flavors, or additives are used—only natural ingredients for a pure taste.
