Wildfire Cigars is redefining boutique releases with a bold new approach—monthly, limited-production cigars crafted to order exclusively for a select group of allocated retailers. These aren’t shelf-stocked, mass-produced blends. Each release is rolled in small batches specifically for this program, ensuring unmatched freshness, intentional blending, and true scarcity. Once a batch is spoken for, it’s gone—no reruns, no backfill.
Introducing The Fault Line—a brand-new, one-and-done release unveiled at the PCA 2026. As the second release in Wildfire’s monthly drop series—following the debut of Dead Drift—this cigar continues the brand’s momentum of delivering unique, small-batch experiences to the market.
Produced at Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic, The Fault Line features a rich Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Indonesian Sumatra binder, with a carefully selected blend of Criollo 98, Ecuadorian, and Corojo fillers. The result is a medium-bodied profile that’s both comforting and complex—evoking notes of cocoa powder, sweet earthiness, and a subtle spice reminiscent of Mexican hot cocoa.

Part of an ongoing series from founder Jeremy McDonald, The Fault Line embodies the brand’s signature “outdoorsy” character—rugged, unique, and unapologetically different. As with all Wildfire monthly drops, this is a strictly limited, made-to-order release available only through a handful of retail partners, including here at
If you’re looking for something truly boutique—fresh off the roll, thoughtfully blended, and impossible to find twice—The Fault Line delivers exactly that.
