Started by Christophe and Barbara, who draw on wide and varied experience in the restaurant industry, wine importing, and even ballet, the brewery opened its doors in 2013. They are committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and the water sourced from the bowels of Mount Blanc. All beers are certified organic by Nature & Progres in France.
This blonde beer recipe is a blend of a maceration of 80kg of bitter oranges in a stoneware jar and a vintage worked like an Italian bitter, (plants, roots, spices, citrus peels) infused during fermentation.
