Finca Decero Signature Chardonnay 2025 is an exceptionally elegant, bright, and texturally refined high-altitude white wine coming from the single-vineyard Remolinos Vineyard located in Alto Agrelo, Mendoza. Sourced from unique plots planted in sandy, calcareous soils at an elevation of 3,500 feet, this premium Chardonnay undergoes careful hand-harvesting followed by fermentation and maturation for 12 months in select French oak barrels with regular lees stirring. In the glass, it presents a brilliant golden hue with delicate greenish highlights. The expressive, complex nose reveals a highly aromatic profile dominated by citrus blossom, lemon zest, ripe yellow pear, and crisp green apple, harmoniously intertwined with notes of toasted hazelnut, vanilla bean, and a signature line of flinty mineral undertones. On the palate, the wine is medium-to-full-bodied and beautifully concentrated, delivering an impeccable balance between a plush, creamy mouthfeel and a vibrant spine of natural acidity that carries into a long, persistent, and clean finish with subtle baking spice accents.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with pan-seared sea bass, grilled scallops with lemon butter, roasted chicken breast in cream sauce, and creamy goat cheese.
