About the bean
Discover the vibrant soul of Peruvian coffee with this washed green bean from the Montegrande Agricultural Producers Association, nestled in the highland heart of Cajamarca. Grown by Fairtrade and Organic certified smallholder farmers at high elevations, our new lot of FTO Peru channels responsible practices, fairer prices, and real reinvestment back into the community—delivering consistency, quality, and lasting impact with every bag.
The high altitudes, rich soils, and diverse microclimates of Cajamarca’s mountains nurture slow-maturing cherries for bright clarity and balanced cups. From shared standards and continuous farm improvements to a collaborative model that champions sustainability and strength, this is highland coffee with purpose.
