This truly old classic may seem a bit baroque with all the tiny measurements of specialty ingredients, but it is a great example of how a little bit of big flavors still go a long way. Patrick likes a solid dry base of Bordiga Occitan Gin, the crisp citrus of Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth, then tiny measurements of Luxardo Maraschino and St. George Absinthe for a great complexity boost. Patrick's only ingredient alteration to the classic formula is replacing Orange Bitters with a cheeky Grapefruit.
Kit includes: Bordiga Occitan Gin (1L), Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth di Torino (500ml), Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur (375 ml), St George Verte Absinthe (200ml), Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters (200 ml)
