Bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 750ml format, Trujillo Blanco Manifesto 56 skips barrel time entirely, letting the agave speak without interference. The extra proof carries weight here, pushing the agave forward and giving the spirit a firmer backbone than standard blanco bottlings.
Expect a robust agave core framed by peppery spice, with citrus brightness cutting through and a warming finish. The Manifesto name points to a deliberate stylistic stance behind the liquid, and the result works both for drinkers who take tequila seriously and for cocktails that call for a bolder base.
