Process & Profile
Drumshanbo Gunpowder California Orange Citrus Irish Gin is a bright and juicy citrus-forward expression from The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, Ireland. This limited release expands upon the original Gunpowder Gin recipe by adding the sweet, sun-kissed essence of California oranges. The gin is slow-distilled in medieval-style copper pot stills using the signature mix of oriental botanicals, including gunpowder green tea, makrut lime, and coriander, with the added infusion of fresh California orange peel for a vivid, aromatic twist.
