An exceptional non-alcoholic spirit from Oaxaca harnessing roasted, fermented and distilled agave to bring the full depth of flavours from the world of mezcal. By far the most complex tequila or mezcal inspired non-alcoholic spirit we have yet encountered, and the only one made not just in Mexico but in Oaxaca, the heartland of agave spirit diversity.
Smokey, pungent, but also fresh, floral, and energizing, it brings a world of flavours unlike any we’ve found. A very special and handmade non-alcoholic spirit that pays respect to tradition and craft, without being afraid to do something completely new. No “natural flavours”, no preservatives, no sweeteners and no thickeners. 15 different herbs and spices sourced locally in Oaxaca and distilled in a traditional copper still. Tobala agave roasted in a traditional earthen pit, infused with botanicals and distilled together. Amazing.
