La Dernière Goutte Pét-Nat is a sparkling natural wine crafted by Cyrille Vuillod, a Beaujolais winemaker known for his organic, minimal-intervention approach. This pétillant naturel is made from 100% Gamay grapes, using the ancestral method, which involves bottling the wine before the first fermentation is complete, allowing it to develop natural bubbles in the bottle.
The wine is vibrant and fresh, with bright flavors of red berries and a touch of floral notes, typical of Gamay. Its crisp acidity and natural effervescence make it an ideal choice for those who enjoy refreshing, easy-drinking natural wines. Like all of Vuillod's wines, the Pét-Nat is produced without added sulfites, preserving its lively and unfiltered character.
