According to folks that tried samples of this selection, this pick is more fruity than other Senators they’ve had. On the nose, you'll get dark berries along with normal rye stuff which is a cool twist. Drinks way lighter than its respectable 118.12 proof.
In-depth tasting notes:
- Nose: Earl grey, dried apricot, black cherry, rose, sage, longan, sawdust, cinnamon
- Palate: Spiced apple, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, pie crust, candied pecans
- Finish: Black peppercorn

The theme for this selection's "tater" sticker was suggested by our Discord whiskey community (you can join for FREE today). We think it came out pretty good, but you'd be the judge (or a senator, ha).
