One of St George's flights of fancy that made it into production, these are spirits created on test still in their laboratory that push the limits of creativity. The goal is to make spirits that are different and better than stuff that’s already out there. By working with unusual ingredients, they push the limits of craft distilling - and create some remarkably fun spirits along the way.
Made with Thai and other varieties of basil that are soaked in unaged California grape brandy and then redistilled. The bold basil flavor is potent right out of the bottle and will make for some savory cocktails, peppery spice and subtle hints of anise accompany the graceful basil notes. Try mixing with your favorite spirit, lime juice, and ginger syrup or liqueur.
