A vibrant kettle sour base fermented on whole blackberries, saskatoons, and lemons, letting the deep fruit flavours and crisp acidity take center stage.
Crafted using the traditional kettle souring method, this vibrant sour ale strikes a masterclass in balance. We've layered the deep, jammy richness of blackberries with the distinct, subtly nutty character of the locally beloved saskatoon berries. A bright, crisp of fresh lemon cuts through the berry sweetness, leaving a refreshing citrus zest on the palate.
