So Far Out Flood Light Snow Pet-Nat 2024 is a dry sparkling rosé made from 70% Mondeuse and 30% Grenache Blanc, grown on certified organic vines at Tres Hermanas Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley, Santa Barbara County, California. The pétillant naturel method, bottling the wine before fermentation is complete so it finishes in bottle, gives the wine its soft, natural effervescence. The wine is not disgorged, so the lees stay in the bottle and lend it texture. Fermentation runs on native yeast in stainless steel. Produced by So Far Out Winery, a joint project between Field Recordings' Andrew Jones, organic grape grower Mike Testa, and wine industry veteran Jamil Williams, using 100% certified organic fruit.
