Our 2025 Shanks' Mare Red Blend is a captivating marriage of varietals crafted for cozy Friday evenings. Sourced from the limestone-rich soils of the Limestone Coast, this wine benefits from a long growing season and cool coastal breezes. One varietal brings generous, concentrated dark fruit weight, while the other provides definition, length, and structural poise. Fermented gently in open-top fermenters to lift aromatic detail, the wine aged gracefully, integrating subtle vanilla and dark chocolate accents. The result is a seamless, medium-bodied blend where plush fruit in the front meets structured confidence in the back, delivering an energetic line and mouthwatering freshness.
