Heavyweight champions Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz team up in this boast-worthy blend from South Eastern Australia. This wine’s rich, full body hits the palate with a powerful “berry basket” of red and black fruit flavors undercut by restrained tannins and modest acidity. 90+ point-winning Scissor Kick Cellars has once again mastered Australia’s ruthless climate and came out on top. Both Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz prosper in South Eastern Australia’s hot, dry weather, seizing every sun-filled opportunity to develop boisterous fruit-forward flavors and jammy character. This bottle is the ideal match for those who love big red wines with big fruit flavors. Enjoy it at room temperature with hearty dishes as you sit back and relax after conquering the day.
