Monsieur Cocktail Raspberry Syrup delivers the clean taste and texture of fresh raspberries, without any masking agent. The texture is rich and indulgent, making it the perfect syrup to use in cocktails, desserts or to create the best raspberry lemonades of all time. Our fresh raspberries are first frozen to promote the concentration of the flavours. Then, we press them into a smooth puree that is mixed with lemon juice and sugar before filtering. The result? A smooth and tasty coulis that will elevate your creations.
Tasting Notes: The initial acidic roundness of raspberry coulis turns into jammy notes. The finish is like biting into the astringent fresh raspberries.
