A magnificent Central Italian white wine displaying a bright straw yellow color with brilliant greenish reflections. Sourced from the estate's sun-drenched vineyards, the complex nose opens with an incredibly fresh and intense bouquet of white peach, grapefruit, and fresh lime zest, beautifully layered with suggestions of wild Mediterranean herbs, acacia blossoms, and a subtle hint of crushed sea stones. On the palate, it balances a lively, medium-bodied fruit texture and a racy, linear coastal acidity with a distinct, mouthwatering salinity, leading into a crisp, remarkably clean finish marked by a classic trace of bitter almond.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with pan-seared branzino, grilled seafood skewers, spaghetti alle vongole, fresh goat cheese, and light summer salads.
