Founded by the renowned Drouhin family of Burgundy, Domaine Drouhin Oregon has firmly established itself as a benchmark of elegance and finesse in the Willamette Valley since 1987. The Roserock vineyard, acquired in 2013, lies at the southern tip of the Eola–Amity Hills AVA and is known for its elevation, volcanic soils, and cool climate—ideal conditions for growing exceptional Pinot Noir.
Wine Description
The 2022 'Zephirine' Pinot Noir opens with a deep ruby colour, offering a captivating aromatic profile of ripe black cherry, dark raspberry, rose petal, and a hint of baking spice. On the palate, it is richly layered with flavours of red currant, plum, and subtle earthiness, all wrapped in fine-grained tannins. Medium-bodied with refined acidity, the wine exhibits excellent balance, elegance, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
