Riazul Cristalino Añejo Tequila 750ml is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands and bottled at 40% ABV / 80 proof. Riazul hand-selects mature agave, steam-cooks quartered piñas, extracts the juice with roller mills, and ferments it in open-air tanks with natural yeast. After double distillation, this añejo spends more than one year in American oak before filtration removes the color while retaining the character developed during maturation.
The producer describes bright agave layered with honeyed fruit and warm spice, while exact-unit commerce information identifies the single-bottle format as 750ml. Independent inspection of the current producer packshot confirms the complete Cristalino Añejo bottle, with 750ml and 40% alcohol by volume legible on the front label. The crystal-clear appearance contrasts with its aged profile, bringing together fresh agave detail and oak-derived depth. It is suited to serving neat or over one large cube, where the fruit, honey, and spice can unfold gradually.
