Lonna's block 2021 is showcasing great concentration in ripe dark fruit and power tannic structure. Lovely jammy, coffee, cocoa nuances have integrated nicely with our French oak program. There is lots of age potential in this wine.

Winemaker Notes
Fruit is 100% Organic, from Ravine Estate. Appellation is St. David’s. As her sister wine , Lonna was harvested on the same day , pressed the same day , and was inoculated with the same yeast strain as Nancy's block. Cap management during fermentation was matched as well.
