Reàl Infused Exotics Blackberry Reàl is a squeezable, puree-infused syrup made from Oregon Marion blackberries that adds intense real-fruit flavor to cocktails, sodas, desserts, and culinary creations.
Bring authentic blackberry taste to drinks and dishes without the hassle of fresh fruit. This 16.9 fl oz squeezable bottle contains Reàl’s puree-infused syrup, formulated to deliver concentrated Marion blackberry flavor and reliable texture for professional bars, home mixologists, and inventive cooks. The volcano-style spout and wide-mouth bottle aim to minimize waste and make portioning quick and clean, while specialized packaging helps maintain uniformity and freshness.
How will this syrup change my cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks?
Blackberry Reàl adds vivid fruit aromatics, color, and a balanced sweet-tart profile that layers well with spirits, sodas, and mocktails. Because it’s a puree-infused syrup, it carries more authentic blackberry character than simple flavored syrups, giving drinks a fuller, fruit-forward presence.
- Use ¼–1 oz per cocktail depending on desired intensity.
- Pairs well with tequila, gin, bourbon, and citrus bases.
- Makes Italian sodas, daiquiris, and low-ABV spritzes pop.
- Stable texture reduces separation in shaken or blended drinks.
Can I use this in baking and plated desserts?
Yes — the puree-infused syrup works as a finishing syrup, cupcake filling, drizzle, or component in fruit foams and molecular gastronomy. It integrates easily into sauces and icings, intensifying blackberry flavor without adding grain or crunch that whole berries can introduce.
- Stir into glazes, curds, or pastry creams for concentrated fruit notes.
- Fold into batters or fillings for consistent color and taste.
- Create blackberry pearls or gels using culinary hydrocolloids.
- Use as an elegant topping for panna cotta, cheesecake, or ice cream.
What practical features does the bottle offer behind the bar?
The squeezable bottle and volcano spout enable precise pouring and fast service with minimal drips. A wide-mouth opening allows bartenders or cooks to scrape out every bit of product with a spoon or spatula, limiting waste and extending yield.
- Squeezable plastic speeds single-handed dispensing.
- Volcano-shaped spout reduces dripping and sticky buildup.
- Wide-mouth fill access supports bar spoons and spatulas.
- Packaging includes an oxygen barrier to help preserve uniformity.
Is the flavor profile consistent and where do the berries come from?
Reàl sources Marion blackberries from Oregon to achieve a consistent, recognizably blackberry-forward profile. The puree-infused method concentrates fruit essence while the formula and packaging aim to minimize separation so you get predictable flavor and appearance batch after batch.
- Made with Marion blackberries selected for deep berry notes.
- Manufactured to preserve color and fruity aromatics.
- Designed to remain uniform with minimal settling.
- Intended for professional and home culinary use.
Who is this for?
