Wine Description
Perrin Cotes du Rhone Reserve pours a vibrant ruby red with purple undertones. On the nose, it offers inviting aromas of ripe red berries, plum, dried herbs, and a touch of peppery spice. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, displaying juicy flavours of cherry, blackberry, and liquorice, accented by notes of garrigue and subtle mineral tones. Well-integrated tannins and bright acidity create a pleasing structure, finishing with freshness and finesse.
Food Pairing
Pair this wine with herb-roasted chicken, grilled lamb chops, ratatouille, or lentil stew. Its balance of fruit, spice, and savoury depth makes it versatile at the table. This pairing highlights the wine’s depth and character.
