A Quarter Century on Scotland's Far North Coast
Old Pulteney 25 Year Old is among the rarest and most extraordinary expressions the distillery has ever released — a Northern Highland single malt of exceptional age, rarity, and complexity that has spent 25 years maturing in the salt-laden air of Wick, one of Scotland's most remote coastal towns. This is a collector's expression of the highest order: the Maritime Malt at its most evolved and refined, for those who seek the absolute pinnacle of coastal Highland single malt.
- Nose: Profoundly complex — dark honey, dried tropical fruit, and warm vanilla with deep layers of toasted oak, sea salt, and a coastal elegance that speaks to 25 years of exceptional maturation
- Palate: Extraordinarily smooth and layered — honeyed malt, ripe fig, and a warming spice with a silky mouthfeel and a maritime depth that unfolds slowly and rewards contemplation
- Finish: Exceptionally long and warming with lingering dark fruit, honey, and a dignified coastal salt warmth that fades slowly and gracefully
