Drawn from a single barrel resting on Floor 8 of Warehouse I, this Old Forester bottling is chosen barrel by barrel, so each release carries the specific character of the cask it came from rather than a blended house profile. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle, it offers a more concentrated take than the standard 100-proof Bottled-in-Bond expression.
The pour is rich and full-bodied, with sweet caramel and banana bread up front, baking spices through the middle, and dark fruit filling out the finish. It's a straightforward look at what one barrel can do at full 100-proof strength, suited to drinkers who follow single-barrel selections for their depth and variation.
