Wild Turkey Austin Nichols Archives Gold Foil Edition 16 Year Bourbon is the inaugural release in Wild Turkey’s Austin Nichols Archives Collection. Aged 16 years and bottled at 120 proof (60% ABV), this limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon pays tribute to the legendary vintage Wild Turkey Gold Foil — often called “Cheesy Gold Foil” by collectors.
The Austin Nichols Archives Collection is a limited-edition annual series honoring the most iconic bottles in Wild Turkey's history, and the first series led by Associate Master Blender Bruce Russell. The inaugural Gold Foil Edition is a 16-year-old, non-chill filtered bourbon inspired by the collector-favorite vintage "Cheesy Gold Foil" releases of the 1980s and 1990s, built around longer aging and higher proof to capture that era's depth and mature oak character.
