My Father – Flor de las Antillas Maduro Torpedo (6 1/8 x 52)
The award-winning legacy continues with the arrival of Flor de las Antillas Maduro, a richer, darker evolution of one of My Father Cigars’ most celebrated blends.
Originally inspired by the wildly popular limited release created for Federal Cigars, the overwhelming response from cigar enthusiasts convinced the García family to bring this blend into full regular production. Built upon the foundation of the original 96-rated Flor de las Antillas—named Cigar Aficionado’s #1 Cigar of the Year in 2012—the Maduro version adds a deeper, more decadent twist to the classic blend.
Handcrafted at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua, this box-pressed Torpedo features the same signature Nicaraguan double binder and filler tobaccos as the original, now enhanced with a dark and oily Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper for added depth and complexity.
The result is a medium-to-full-bodied smoke layered with notes of espresso, cocoa, wood, earth, dried fruit, and peppery spice, delivering the bold richness My Father fans crave while maintaining exceptional balance and smoothness.
