Mermaid London Dry Gin is a London Dry-style English gin from the Isle of Wight Distillery, made with 10 botanicals including wild-foraged rock samphire — "Mermaid's Kiss" — for a clean, coastal-mineral edge, at 42% ABV (84 proof).
Mermaid London Dry is built on locally and ethically sourced botanicals, with the rock samphire giving a light sea-salt minerality that sets it apart from classic juniper-forward gins. Bright citrus, a salty-mineral snap, and a firm juniper backbone keep it crisp and highly mixable — equally at home in a Martini, Negroni, or Gin & Tonic. It is an award-winning craft gin.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Mermaid London Dry taste coastal?
Wild-foraged rock samphire brings a light sea-salt minerality and clean shoreline freshness, alongside lemon zest and elderflower, while staying a classic London Dry.
Is it better for cocktails or sipping?
Both — at 42% ABV it has the structure for a Martini or Negroni and is balanced enough to sip neat or over ice.
What's the best garnish?
A lemon twist to highlight the citrus oils, or a thin cucumber slice for a fresher edge.
