A refined and site-driven Brunello from the Petroso vineyard, this wine opens with aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petals, dried herbs, and subtle spice with earthy undertones. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, offering vibrant red fruit, mineral precision, and savory complexity supported by bright acidity and finely textured tannins. Elegant and focused, it finishes long with notes of spice, dried flowers, and stony minerality.
Food Pairing: Braised beef, lamb dishes, truffle risotto, mushroom-based dishes, and aged Pecorino cheese.
