Who doesn’t love a bit of bubbly? Each effervescent sip of our Laureleé Sparkling Brut is like taking a bite out of a ripe, juicy apple. Our experienced winemaking partners started with a refreshing, French Colombard-driven white wine blend sourced from select vineyard sites within the warm climate of California. They then decided to spice things up with vibrant bubbles, which added exciting textures to complement the bready notes and intense fruitiness of the original blend. This fruit-filled wine will liven up any occasion with its cheerful sparkle and satisfying sweetness. We invite you to pop the cork and create a delightful aperitif pairing by serving a chilled glass of this alongside salty, soft cheeses or fresh-cut fruit. Whether you sip it from a flute or a coupe, this sparkler will have you searching for a reason to celebrate—even if that reason is simply that you’ve opened the bottle!
