Kaori Rioja Blanco
Made from 100% Viura grapes, this organic Rioja Blanco is a collaboration between Bodegas Ontanon and Michelin-starred chef Felix Jimenez. Designed to complement Japanese and fusion cuisine, it highlights the region's best grapes with a unique, vibrant profile.
The wine is aged in second-use American oak, which adds a subtle vanilla and coconut character. Aged for four months sur lie, it retains a lively acidity while offering creamy texture.
- The nose opens with tropical fruit aromas, accented by vanilla and light coconut notes.
- On the palate, the wine is creamy and fleshy, with lively acidity and flavours of stone and tropical fruits.
- Finishes with a smooth, toasty texture and lingering hints of vanilla and spice.
Perfect with sushi, sashimi, or fusion dishes, where the lively acidity complements delicate seafood and fresh flavours.
