From the fertile valleys of Nicaragua comes another intensely rich and intensely delicious Joya de Nicaragua, the incredible Antano Dark Corojo. The Antano Dark Corojo is the spunkier cousin to the celebrated Antano 1970 and yet one puff of the Nicaraguan Puro, however, will show this is an entirely new personality.
The spectacular 6” x 54 Antano Dark Corojo Poderoso is made of a bold blend of tobaccos that are hidden beneath the oily Nicaraguan Corojo Oscuro wrapper. Nicaraguan tobaccos aged at least 3 years make up the filler and are placed into a thick Nicaraguan binder to create the finely crafted cigar.
A smoke that will put you well past an hour of enjoyment, the Antano Dark Corojo Poderoso begins with opulent coffee, wood and pepper flavors. Nutty nuances will surface throughout the full-bodied smoke while a subtle creaminess leads to a spicy and surprisingly sweet finish. A smooth draw and even burn make the Antano Dark Corojo all the more satisfying.
The Joya de Nicaragua Antano Dark Corojo may not be for those who prefer the lighter side of things, yet it will be a sure-fire hit for those who want a full, rich body filled with complex texture and taste. Don’t smoke these on an empty stomach, so make the Antano Dark Corojo an event with a lavish feast and libation.
