Come on the ultimate coffee expedition with us! This coffee is the result of a visionary collaboration at Iris Estate, a project founded by three talented professionals, including the renowned Jamison Savage, who are redefining the future of specialty coffee. Their mission is to create a perfect cup that serves as a direct reflection of terroir, utilising innovative processing techniques to enhance the natural qualities of the coffee.
This journey begins with a deep commitment to the land, nurturing the soil to optimal health and planting varieties like Geisha, SL-28, and Ethiopian Heirloom varieties within the natural forest canopy rather than replacing it. At extreme elevations, these trees thrive in a sustainable ecosystem that allows their unique characteristics to truly shine.
Processing & fermentation - NG Natural
Impact - Coffee trees planted within the natural forest canopy instead of replacing it, ensures the natural environment remains intact and allows the ecosystem to really thrive.
