One of the more distinctive winegrowing regions in the Southern Hemisphere, the Western Cape of South Africa, is dotted with mountain ranges and valley floors that create many unique subregions within the appellation. Vineyards planted in the area see hot and dry days during the growing season but experience incredible cooling effects thanks to the nearby Atlantic Ocean's breezes. This climate allows the fruit to bask under sunny skies and fully ripen but also develop and retain natural acidity. Winemakers love the distinct flavor profiles that the environment brings out in their wines, and our 2020 Granted Wish Sauvignon Blanc is no exception. A beautiful salinity complements citrus and tropical fruit notes, while bright, mouthwatering acidity makes the tastebuds scream for another glass. The perfect bottle for weekend al fresco dining with friends. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
