Introduction:
Forty Creek FoxHeart combines the strength and spice of a rye whisky with the sweet finish of a caramel-rum, making it an exceptionally unique blend. Master Blender Bill Ashburn has crafted this innovative whisky by infusing it with 12-year-old Caribbean rum, delivering a balanced profile of spice, sweetness, and a lingering toasted oak finish. This expression is not only a reflection of Ashburn’s whisky expertise but also a tribute to his passion for world champion dog breeding, with the name FoxHeart honoring his award-winning dogs.
