Finca Bacara Time Waits For No One 'White Skulls' Monastrell
This bold red from Jumilla, Spain, is made from 100% Monastrell grown organically at 900m altitude. Aged for three months in American oak, it delivers vibrant fruit, floral lift and a smoky edge. Certified vegan and vegetarian, it’s crafted with minimal intervention and hand-harvested from select plots.
Finca Bacara is based in the arid high plains of Jumilla, where chalky soils and extreme climate conditions shape the intensity of the wines. The estate focuses on sustainable farming and expressive winemaking, with fermentation carried out in stainless steel to preserve purity.
- Aromas of ripe berries, violets and balsamic hints
- Juicy palate with black fruit and subtle oak spice
- Finca Bacara Time Waits For No One 'White Skulls' Monastrell finishes smooth, fresh and persistent
Pairs well with roast lamb, grilled vegetables and spiced bean casseroles.
