Sun Cruiser Classic Iced Tea Vodka is a canned cocktail from the Boston Beer Company. Each 12 oz can holds real iced tea and real vodka. There are no bubbles, so it pours like the iced tea you brew at home. You get four cans in the pack.
In the glass it looks light brown. The smell is gently sweet, with a faint hint of vodka. On the palate you get crisp brewed tea and a mild vodka note. It is made with brewed black tea and real lemon juice, so a subtle lemon zest comes through. It is not overly sweet, and the vodka goes down with no burn.
Each can is 4.5% ABV with about 100 calories. There's just 1 gram of sugar per can, and it is gluten-free. That makes it an easy choice for a long, sunny afternoon.
Keep the cans cold and drink them straight, or pour one over ice in a tall glass. A lemon wedge adds a little brightness. Take it to the beach, a picnic or a backyard cookout. It goes nicely with grilled chicken, salads and seafood.
If you like sweet tea but want something with a little kick, grab a four-pack. Sun Cruiser also makes lemonade, peach and raspberry versions.
