English Harbour Sherry Cask Finish Rum
Crafting this golden rum is the Antigua Distillery and only releasing in small batches. This exquisite rum has been meticulously ageing for a minimum of five years in American oak barrels. Then transferring to oloroso sherry casks for a final flourish.
- English Harbour Sherry Cask Finish Rum is a blend of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of spice, with subtle oak and sherry notes providing a warm, inviting aroma
- A rich and velvety palate, with a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Expect flavours of caramel, roasted nuts, and raisins. Intertwining with a delicate hint of vanilla and spice, all rounded off by the signature smoothness of English Harbour
- The finish is long, warm, and slightly dry, with lingering notes of sherry and spice, leaving you with a lasting impression of its intricate character
Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, nut-based desserts, or enjoyed neat to savour its intricate layers.
