Introduction:
Eau Claire Distillery Parlour Gin is a premium Canadian craft gin made in Alberta, inspired by traditional London Dry style with a prairie twist. Distilled with a unique blend of botanicals, it offers a smooth and aromatic profile that beautifully balances classic juniper with local ingredients.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fragrant aromas of juniper, citrus peel, and coriander with subtle floral and spice notes.
Palate: Crisp and complex with flavors of juniper, lemon zest, rosehip, and spice balanced by herbal undertones.
Finish: Clean and refreshing with lingering citrus and botanical notes.
Pairings:
Perfect in a classic gin and tonic with a twist of lemon or cucumber. It also pairs wonderfully in cocktails like martinis or negronis, and complements dishes such as smoked salmon, fresh oysters, or herb-roasted chicken.
